Acts 2:42 is a small group initiative developed by the Diocesan Office of Evangelization and Discipleship. Bishop Medley will share a Eucharistic reading and reflection in videos.
We are both proud and humbled that the parish of St. Mary Catholic Church has served Franklin, and the Simpson County, KY community for over 150 years! We celebrated our 150th Anniversary during 2018 with special events each month beginning in January with a Prayer Service and ending, in December, with a celebratory Mass and dinner. We have grown from a small group of families celebrating Mass at John Finn’s home to a parish church dedicated in 1868. We are now a congregation of 180 families celebrating Mass in our current church, which was dedicated in 1999. Sharing our time and talents, we reach out in compassionate service to others.
